This product works when it is installed BUT it is made very cheaply, and must be placed in a location where it will absolutely not be bumped jarred or rattled, as the mini usb style connector which connects the large protocol box to the xm radio portion and antenna, will become dislodged and you will get a “check xm tuner” report on your head unit.
